These terms and conditions are also used to deputize and apply an agreement between you as a customer and the company FEVLET. By placing an order through or by using the website you agree to these terms and conditions. 
All purchases made through "https://fevlet.com" and associated pages are intended for non-commercial use. By placing an order through the website you confirm that you are an end consumer. Upon suspicions of you purchasing for commercial use, FEVLET reserves the right to request proof of you being an end consumer and to deny or cancel your order until such proof has been provided by you. All products sold through the website remain FEVLET’s property until full payment has been received. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the authorities. FEVLET reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. FEVLET also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on the website. Changes apply from the time they are set out on the website and are able for you to review. We ask that you carefully read through the terms before using the website.


FEVLET will store some of your personal information when using our website. We use, and store this information to fulfill all services and purchases for our customers. We also use information to make the experience with our company better for our customers. Customers have the right to request access to the collected data by contacting us. Customers can also have the information changed or removed. Please contact our customer service and we will help if needed. We use cookies to enhance the experience on our website.  We do not store any sensitive information and we will always protect all information we receive safely, protected from any sort of abuse to the best of our ability. We do not collect or store any account passwords and sensitive details regarding your account on our website. 



We accept the most common debit and credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and other local payment options. Customers can also pay with Klarna, PayPal, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and payment methods that use IDEAL, and Bancontact. If a customer is not able to make a valid transaction with a payment method, FEVLET reserves the right to change payment method or cancel the order until a payment has been received or an agreement has been made. All payment methods are safe and we do not disclose or share any sensitive information.
When an order is placed, the customer will receive his personal order number via email shortly after the purchase. Please save this as it can be used for help and support provided by our customer service team. By placing an order on the website you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years of age. If an order is made with false information, records of non payment, debts, or for any other reason should be deemed as invalid, FEVLET reserves the right to change, deny, or cancel the order(s).
All prices on the website are including VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. If an order is placed from a country outside of the EU, the prices are excluded VAT. Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. The VAT will be based on your total order value, regardless of your order being subject to a campaign. It should be noted that FEVLET has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different in different countries, FEVLET cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs and/or tax office for more information.


FEVLET may offer you to take part in campaigns, exclusive offers, and sales. During these events, special/additional terms can be added and used. Such terms apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific products specified by FEVLET in connection with the campaign. We reserve the right to at any time cancel a campaign, upon cancelation or expiration of a campaign/offer, these terms will continue to apply to purchases/orders that have been affected by it. A campaign including only specific items on the website will last for a limited time and while supplies last. You can find more information about a specific or active campaign/offer here on this page during the time it is applied and active, or has been used.
When a purchase on the website has been made, FEVLET will not make any adjustments to the amount paid by you, unless you have received the wrong price due to technical issues/errors on the website. We reserve the rights to cancel orders that has been affected by unintentional issues/errors in connection to events/offers/campaigns and more.
If you have taken part in a promotion where you received a discount because your purchase exceeded a certain amount, your refund will be adjusted according to the conditions of such campaign and that prevailed during your purchase. This means that if you return a product and fall below the threshold of the discount amount, the discount will not be applied for the other items that you have purchased and decided to keep. FEVLET discount codes and vouchers cannot be used in combination with other discounts or offers on our website if nothing else has been specified specifically.
Regarding campaigns such as “Buy One Get One Free” (BOGO), the customer has to make a full return of their order to apply/request for a refund. All products that has been received from the order must be returned all together, in new condition, according to the return policies just like an ordinary return.


FEVLET offers their customers worldwide shipping. The estimated delivery date depends on the country and the shipping alternative that is used. Deliveries can sometimes for various reasons that we cannot prevent, be delayed. In an event like this, we will do our best to help and support our customers. When a delivery is delayed which causes a customer to no longer wish to complete or fulfill the purchase, the customer has the right to cancel the order. The responsibility is on the customer to make the cancellation and shall contact FEVLET's customer service to request a cancellation of the order. The cancellation is only valid after an authorized employee of FEVLET has confirmed the cancellation as valid. In an event where the order already has been processed, you are obliged to receive the order. It does not limit your right to cancel the order. FEVLET's responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to these terms.

If a product is no longer offered or out of stock, FEVLET has the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. In an event like this, we will notify the customer regarding the refund. We can also offer the customer a similar product that is available, if it results in a good solution and agreement between both parts and is preferred instead of a refund. 

We offer various methods like tracked deliveries and the use of pick-up points to ensure and strengthen the safety for our customer and their deliveries. In the event where an order is delivered to a pick-up point and the customer fails to retrieve the package in time, we reserve the right to take out a fee to cover any additional costs. If your product has been damaged during transport or cannot be applied for normal use upon arrival, you must report it as promptly as possible to FEVLET's customer service.


You as a customer have the right to withdraw or exchange your purchase for a full refund or different product within 14 days from receiving your order by returning your product. Your right to withdraw or exchange your order is only accepted and fulfilled if our policies and guidelines regarding returns and exchange are valid and correct. The product and packaging has to be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original containers with labels and protective stickers intact. This does not limit your right to carefully open and examine the product. However, if the product is not in such condition that can be expected upon the return, We have the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the product’s decline in value.
Your right to withdrawal does not apply in relation to products that have been produced according to special requirements, like engraved texts or when something is produced and crafted to your personal wishes. For the withdrawal to be processed by FEVLET, you have to report it to our customer service by filling out the contact form, linked below.
We will refund you as promptly as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date we’ve received the product and registered the return or you have proven that the product has been sent back. The refund will be processed and returned via the same method/account that was used during the purchase, the original source of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the freight for the return package.

FEVLET offers all their customers 1 year guarantee/warranty when purchasing a product through our website. This is limited, and can be used to cover manufacturing damages such as discolouring, wrong fitting, or any additional damages that causes the product to not be applied for normal use upon arrival.
The guarantee/warranty will cover all manufacturing and delivery damages, and can be applied by contacting us if a product is faulty upon arrival. The guarantee/warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by negligence, please see statements below.
  • Damage cause by not following our product instructions and product care advices

  • Damage caused by negligence and not using the product correctly, with care

  • Wearing and tearing of a product due to normal wear

  • Discolouring cause by usage over time

  • Damages caused by any sort of accident

In the event where one of these statements above applies, we are not able to provide the usage of our warranty. The standard legal warranty will still always apply and the warranty we provide does not exchange or restrict the standard legal warranty that applies by law.
In the event where no defect or damage is discovered upon inspection, or it does not meet the guarantee/warranty requirements by either us or the standard legal warranty by law, the claim will be denied and FEVLET will send the item back in return. FEVLET will charge the customer a fee of 15€ for the cost of returning the product.
If you want to proceed with a claim and are eligible to use our guarantee/warranty or the standard legal warranty that applies by law, please fill the contact form below and send a claim to our customer service team and they will do an examination and provide further instructions. Please do this as promptly as possible after you have noticed the damage or defect. Your claim is subject to repair, replace or refund. Should a product no longer be in stock on our website or not available for any reason, the customer will have the right to replace that product with a product of similar value, design and look. The customer also has the rights to be granted a refund.
All attempts at fraud will be reported to the authorities. FEVLET reserves the right to not process your claim if an attempt at fraud is suspected.

FEVLET does not take, or have, any responsibility in relation to errors in images, product description, incorrect prices, incorrect discount codes and price adjustments (changes in prices from suppliers or currency fluctuations), or inaccurate information regarding whether an item is in stock on the website. FEVLET has the right to correct such errors, and to change or update information at any time. If an error has occurred, for example an incorrect price has been entered for an item that you have ordered, we will notify you regarding this and await your approval of the corrected price before continuing with the processing of your order.
All pictures on the website must be exclusively seen as illustrations. Such illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the goods you receive, or the product's exact appearance or origin.
The website and all the content on it are owned by FEVLET or its licensors. The information and all content are protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that trademarks, trade names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout, and information about products, services, and all other content (excluding user-generated content) may not be copied or used without written approval from FEVLET.
FEVLET is not liable for any damage on other items caused by your use of the purchased products or any loss suffered by you caused by the same provided your use has been made in accordance with any applicable user guidelines and with proper care. You are responsible for a product being non-defective before use. Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the website is limited to the total amount of your order. FEVLET has no liability for indirect losses. 


The pieces you wear from FEVLET can be well suited with many different things, and this creates space for a lot of creativity and styles. We love to see your creative styles and content, and would sometimes like to share this with our community for inspiration. We would like to share these images and content on our channels and product pages, and sometimes even publish it on one of our other channels like Instagram, Facebook, Newsletters or in a retail environment.

You agree to provide FEVLET (corporate ID 980214-0096) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited in time and worldwide license to use any picture(s) that you have responded to with #YESFEVLET. The content can be used on our marketing and/or advertising channels, including but not limited to the gallery on our website, newsletters, social media, catalogs, emails, brand's stores on different platforms, retail stores, and other customer communications.
You warrant and represent that you own all rights to the picture(s), that you have been granted permission from any person appearing in your picture(s) to transfer the rights and for the picture(s) to be used as set out herein, and that the use of your picture(s) by FEVLET will not violate any third party rights or any law.
You release FEVLET from any obligations to pay you for the grant of the rights and use of the picture(s) and the intellectual property rights associated with the above-described uses.

These terms are constructed and added to comply with the the substantial laws of Sweden, and the use of our services and website. Should any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and your use of the website, shall finally settled by Swedish court. Notwithstanding the above, FEVLET has the right to, at its sole discretion, choose to take legal action against a consumer where the consumer has its permanent residence. If a dispute arises between you as a customer and FEVLET and we are unable to resolve the dispute, you can submit a complaint to the EU's functioning dispute settlement online, ODR. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable (partly or in whole), the provision in question shall be enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The remaining terms, provisions, covenants and restrictions set forth herein shall remain in full force and effect and shall not in no way be affected. 
FEVLET shall not be liable for any damages, loss or penalties caused by the non-performance in accordance with these terms due to circumstances out of its control including but not limited to in case of crime, riot, war, civil war, revolution, rebellion, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural catastrophes, technical problems, failure of electrical / telecommunications / data communications or other communications, as well as defects or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated herein. Should these circumstances occur, we will try to inform you.
