Please see below for delivery time and cost for your specific country. During high season and red days, there may be longer delivery times. For packages that have been  sent to a delivery point and fail to be  retrieved, a fee of 15 Euro will be charged when it is sent back to us. The fee corresponds to the costs that caused us to send out the package, as well as the costs of receiving it in return. Please enter sensitive address information carefully and correct, it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If you change your mind when the package already has been sent from the warehouse, please pick up the package at your delivery point and then send it back to avoid fee cost. If the package is not picked up, it is automatically registered as not picked up and charged accordingly.
 
Please note that we do not refund or exchange goods that are tracked as delivered. We inspect all our orders before delivery to make sure the item is in new condition and not damaged or faulty.   • Please note that during busy periods shipping times may be affected and you may have to check with your preferred courier as to their deadlines

  • All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Sweden within 24-48 hours of the order being placed

  • Orders received on weekdays before 13:00 GMT will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out Monday

  • The estimated delivery time begins from the day your order is despatched

  • Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Once the order has arrived, please contact  "customerservice@fevlet.com" if you have any questions or concerns   

    Delayed or missing orders
    When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address. FEVLET does not take responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address due to customers misinformation. This includes deliveries or requests to leave the order at neighbours or outside of a building.
     
    If the address information is correct and the order is missing and cannot be tracked successfully, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@fevlet.com for further help. We cannot refund or replace missing/lost orders until we have investigated the matter further, and deem the order as missing. This is when the postal carrier classes items as being lost.
