FEVLET provides our customers with 30 days of return or exchange. If you for any reason are not satisfied with your purchase or have received the wrong size or product, you can exchange or return your product within 30 days of receiving it. Before you return a product or order, please carefully read through our return policy and guideline below and contact our customer service.
The following terms apply when making a return/exchange:
Returns, exchanges and refunds will be accepted within 30 days of your original receipt of the order. After 30 days have surpassed, the return will not be valid and will be sent back upon arrival
The product(s) must be returned in a new, resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged (scratches, wreckage, etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded
Product packaging, boxes, etc has to be returned in resellable condition. If not, the value of the packaging/box will be subtracted from the return
- The product(s) has to be purchased through our website and proof of purchase and receipt can be provided
You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is an issues with the delivery. Please note that during our campaigns and special offers, the return/exchange policy and guidelines can be different from normal. Whole orders need to be returned or exchanged during a "BOGO" campaign, and if not, we can deny your request. We recommend you return your order with a tracked shipping method or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns. Please keep the postage receipt.
We will send the first exchange from our warehouse for free. For any subsequent exchanges, you will be required to cover the cost of delivery.
